FAQs – Guide to Public Pikes Peak Region 16 Opioid Abatement Council Meetings

This slide outlines expectations for public participation during Region 16 meetings. Community members may provide public comment when recognized by the Chair, either during agenda items or general public comment. Individuals wishing to speak should sign up with the meeting staff prior to the start of the meeting.
To maintain a respectful and orderly environment, disruptive behavior such as clapping, shouting, or obstructing views or hearing of proceedings is not permitted. Audio or video recording may be directed to specific areas to prevent disruption or blocking access. Attendees are asked to silence all mobile devices.
